Pauline Konga (born 10 April 1970) is a retired Kenyan long-distance runner.
[3] In 1992 she finished a lowly 90th at the 1992 World Cross Country Championships, but improved to seventh at the 1993 World Cross Country Championships, also winning the gold in the team competition.

[4] She is married to Paul Bitok, who won a silver medal in the men's 5000 metres at the 1992 and 1996 Olympics.
