In June 2024, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation (Responsible for the Development of the Technical Basis for the Management System and Information Technology) and 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
He studied law at the FSB Academy with Andrey Patrushev who is the son of Nikolai Patrushev, graduated in 2003, and then attended and graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

On May 21, 2015, Vladimir Putin appointed Fradkov as a deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Russia.
