The Pelly Baronetcy, of Upton in the County of Essex, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom.
It was created on 12 August 1840 for John Pelly, Governor of the Bank of England and of the Hudson's Bay Company.
His grandson, the sixth Baronet, was a deputy lieutenant of Hampshire and served as high sheriff of the county from 1970 to 1971.
Peter Douglas Herbert Raymond Pelly (1904–1980), brother of the above, was a rear-admiral in the Royal Navy.
The heir apparent to the baronetcy is Anthony Alwyne Pelly (born 1984), eldest son of the 7th Baronet.
