Pembroke is a town in Genesee County, Western New York, United States.

The west town line is the border of Erie County.

The Western New York National Cemetery is located in Pembroke.

As of the census[6] of 2000, there were 4,530 people, 1,660 households, and 1,228 families residing in the town.
