Pennerton West

Pennerton West (April 11, 1913 – June 29, 1965) was an American artist best known for her prints.

[4] She studied at the Art Student's League and Cooper Union in New York City.

[5] She also studied with artists Hans Hoffman, Stanley William Hayter and Ibram Lassaw.

[6] She was affiliated with Atelier 17 in Paris, an avant-garde workshop founded by Hayter in 1927.

[7] West died on June 29, 1965[2] in Shrub Oak, New York.
