Petar Petrov (sprinter)

Petar Nikolov Petrov (Bulgarian: Петър Петров; born 17 February 1955 in Svishtov, Veliko Tarnovo) is a retired Bulgarian sprinter who specialized in the 100 metres.

He was also, together with Vladimir Ivanov, Ivaylo Karanyotov and Pavel Pavlov, a member of the Bulgarian 4x100 m relay team that finished sixth in the final.

He finished eighth in the 4 x 100 metres relay at the 1982 European Athletics Championships together with Karanyotov, Nikolay Markov and Ivan Tuparov.
