Pete William Delkus (born September 4, 1965[1] in Collinsville, Illinois) is the Chief Meteorologist at Tegna-owned and ABC-affiliated WFAA-TV in Dallas, Texas, United States.
Prior to joining WCPO-TV, Delkus worked as a meteorologist for four years at WFTV, the ABC affiliate in Orlando, Florida.
In 2005, Delkus was inducted into the SIUE Athletics Hall of Fame, as part of the inaugural class and the first baseball player.
Again, Delkus enjoyed a successful career, earning the "Minnesota Twins Minor League Player of the Year" and the Rolaids Relief Man awards.
Delkus currently lives in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas, with his wife and two children, daughter Emily, and son Peter.
