Gerard's best known film is Just to Get a Rep - a documentary about the history of graffiti art and its relationship with hip hop.
[1] In 2009, Gerard produced The Shutdown - a short documentary directed by Adam Stafford from the band Y'all Is Fantasy Island, and written by Scottish author Alan Bissett.
In the same year, Gerard produced Fistful of Roses – a documentary directed by Leo Bruges – which won the 2010 BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award for Best Factual.
[2] In 2010, Gerard directed the short documentary Motion/Static and made a version called Tomorrow's Fairground for broadcast on the BBC.
[8] In October 2012, the distributors of Led Zeppelin's concert film Celebration Day used Distrify to allow fans to express interest in having a showing near them.
