Peter Henriksen (born 20 August 1972) is a former [2] Danish team handball player (goalkeeper).

[3] He received a bronze medal at the 2007 World Men's Handball Championship.

Henriksen's last club was the Danish Handball League side FHK (Fredericia Håndbold Klub) Henriksen started playing handball at the age of 8.

He played for numerous clubs in Northern Sjælland before moving to German handball with VfL Gummersbach.
