[1] Manto and his parishioners began to be attracted to the Anglican tradition for its liturgy, sacraments, episcopacy and Reformed theology.
Trinity Church was received as a full member of the REC Diocese of Mid-America in 2002.

[6] In 2023, Manto served as vice president of the REC's 150th anniversary General Council held in Charleston, South Carolina.
In October 2023, he announced that he would retire by the end of 2025, thus calling for the election of a bishop coadjutor in 2024.
