Peter Oliphant Knight (December 16, 1865 – November 26, 1946) was a lawyer in Tampa, Florida.
Knight served as the state attorney for Hillsborough County from 1893 to 1899.
He was president of Tampa Electric Company, now TECO Energy, Inc.[4] from 1924 to 1946.
Knight declined President Warren G. Harding's invitation to become a justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
