Peter Olai Sathre (February 7, 1876 – January 23, 1968) was an American attorney and politician who served as the North Dakota Attorney General and as a justice of the North Dakota Supreme Court.
Peter Olai Sathre was born in Adams Township, Mower County, Minnesota.
In 1933, he accepted an appointment to be the Assistant Attorney General for North Dakota.
He resigned 1937 to accept an appointment to the North Dakota Supreme Court.
