Peter Stewart Macliver (1822 – 19 April 1891) was a Scottish journalist and Liberal Party politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1880 to 1885.
He became a journalist and co-founded the Western Daily Press in Bristol in 1858.
[2] He held the seat until his defeat[3] at the 1885 election.
He was a cousin of Field Marshal Baron Clyde.
