Philip B. Healey

Philip B. Healey (August 21, 1921 – May 27, 1996) was an American politician and veteran from New York.

Healey was born on August 21, 1921, in Brooklyn, New York City.

He entered politics as a Republican, and was a member of the Oyster Bay Town Council.
