Philip Dixon Hardy (1794–1875) was an Irish poet, bookseller, printer, and publisher.
He introduced the use of steam-powered printing presses in Ireland in 1833.

This newspaper was published between 1832 and 1836 and issued each Saturday, by J. S. Folds, George Petrie, and Caesar Otway.
[2] He edited the Dublin Literary Gazette (later the National Magazine) and published a number of tour guides of different parts of the country.
