Philippines competed at the 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, from 22 to 28 October 2023.

It was to take place in 2022 but due to COVID-19 pandemic cases rising in China the event was postponed and rescheduled to October 2023.

[15] The Philippine men's national team qualified for the Asian Para Games by virtue of finishing third at the 2023 IWBF Asia-Oceania Championship in Thailand.
