Pholourie

Pholourie (Pronunciationⓘ), also spelled phulourie or phoulourie, is a snack food commonly eaten in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname and other parts of the Caribbean.

It consists of fried, spiced split pea and flour dough balls that are served with a chutney.
