Phragmatobia placida is a moth in the family Erebidae.

It is found in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Greece, Ukraine,[1] Asia Minor and the Near East.

The larvae feed on Plantago and Taraxacum species.
