Pierluigi Tami (born 12 September 1961[1]) is the current director of the Switzerland men's national teams.
Tami coached the Swiss under-23 team at the 2012 Summer Olympics held in London.
He previously coached Lugano, Locarno, and various Switzerland national youth teams.
[3] On 1 July 2019, he was appointed as director of the Switzerland men's national teams by the Swiss Football Association.
[4] As the first holder of the newly created position, he will be mainly in charge of the senior and U21 national teams.
