Pieter Frans Norbert Jozef Raymond De Crem (pronounced [ˈpitər də ˈkrɛm]; born 22 July 1962) is a Belgian politician and member of Christian Democratic and Flemish (CD&V).

From 11 October 2014 to 9 December 2018, he served as Secretary of State for Foreign Trade in the Michel I Government.

[citation needed] De Crem holds a Master of Romance Philology from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven) and a Master of European and international Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels).
