Pink Hill is a town in Lenoir County, North Carolina, United States.

[citation needed] According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2), all land.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 451 people, 247 households, and 144 families residing in the town.

26.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

The Eagle Nest and Hebron Presbyterian Church are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
