As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 535 people, 185 households, and 148 families residing in the township.
The racial makeup of the township was 98.13% White, 1.12% Asian, 0.56% Pacific Islander, 0.19% from other races.
There were 185 households, out of which 38.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.6% were married couples living together, 2.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 20.0% were non-families.
18.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
