Plummer is a city in Red Lake County, Minnesota, United States.

The racial makeup of the city was 96.2% White, 1.7% Native American, and 2.1% from two or more races.

37.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 23.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 1.6% of families and 8.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen and 17.6% of those 65 or over.
