Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006

The Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 10) is an Act of the Scottish Parliament.

The majority of the Act came into force on 1 April 2007.

[1] Amongst other provisions, the Act changed how non-criminal complaints against the police are handled by setting up the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland to deal with them.
