Prabhash Joshi (15 July 1937 – 5 November 2009) was an Indian journalist, especially Hindi journalism, writer and political analyst.
Prabhash Joshi began his career with Nayi Duniya, was the founder editor of Hindi daily Jansatta in 1983.
[2][3] He was with the Gandhi Peace Foundation and edited the Hindi version of Everyman's, a journal devoted to advocating Jayaprakash's views and sponsored by Ramnath Goenka.
As he was from the land of the Malwa region of Kumar Gandharva, he loved the unique staccato style of classical vocal music.
