Prakash Man Singh Raut

Prakash Man Singh Raut (Nepali: प्रकाशमानसिंह राउत) (born 31 March 1961) is the current Chief Justice of Nepal.

He was appointed as the chief justice by Ram Chandra Poudel, President of Nepal.

[5] He is said to be expert senior advocate especially in civil, criminal, constitutional cases and writs.

From 1983 to 2016, he worked as a senior advocate in the Supreme Court of Nepal.

Justice Raut also worked as a legal advisor for many public and private organizations.
