The township contains these five cemeteries: Bailey, Elim, Lakeside, Mills and West Saint Paul.

The racial makeup of the township was 95.96% White, 3.59% Asian, and 0.45% from two or more races.
17.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
About 11.1% of families and 21.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 37.7% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those 65 or over.
