The Prix d'Arenberg is a Group 3 flat horse race in France open to two-year-old thoroughbreds.
It is run at Chantilly over a distance of 1,100 metres (about 5½ furlongs), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late August or early September.
The event was established in 1911, and it was originally called the Prix des Coteaux.
The race was renamed in memory of Auguste d'Arenberg (1837–1924), a long-serving member of the Société d'Encouragement, in 1925.
The Prix d'Arenberg was cancelled once during World War II, in 1939.
