Proteoteras naracana is a moth of the family Tortricidae.

It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Adults are on wing from April to July.
