Puzhakkal River is a westward flowing river in Thrissur District of Kerala State in India.

It originates from Killannoor Hills and empties into Thrissur Kole Wetlands.

The main tributaries are Parathodu, Naduthodu, Poomalathadu and Kattachirathodu.
