Qarah Chay-ye Hajj Ali (Persian: قره چاي حاج علي)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Sahandabad Rural District of Tikmeh Dash District, Bostanabad County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
