Qiyang (simplified Chinese: 祁阳市; traditional Chinese: 祁陽市; pinyin: Qíyáng Shì) is a county-level city of Hunan Province, China.

Located on the south central part of the province, it is adjacent to the city proper of Yongzhou.

Qiyang County covers 2,538 km2 (980 sq mi).
