Réal Paiement (born September 30, 1959) is a Canadian ice hockey coach and former player.
His last stint in the QMJHL was serving as head coach and general manager of the St. John's Fog Devils in 2007-2008.
Paiement was dismissed as head coach by the University of Ottawa in 2014 following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault involving players on the team.
Paiement currently serves as Amateur Scout for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League.
