R. Maclin Smith

Richard Maclin Smith (January 14, 1906 – December 11, 1971) was an American politician from Virginia.

Richard Maclin Smith was born on January 14, 1906, in Brunswick County, Virginia.

[1][2] Smith practiced as a pharmacist in Kenbridge from 1930 until he retired in January 1971.

He served in the Virginia House of Delegates,representing Lunenburg, Nottoway, and portions of Amelia and Dinwiddie counties, from 1954 to 1971.

[2] Smith died of a heart attack while driving in Kenbridge on December 11, 1971.
