Rachel Kleinfeld

Rachel Kleinfeld is an American international relations scholar currently serving as a senior fellow in the Democracy, Conflict, and Governance Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

[1][2][3][4] She is a member of the National Endowment for Democracy's board of directors and a trustee of Freedom House.

She holds a BA in ethics, politics, and economics from Yale College, as well as a MPhil and DPhil in International Relations from Oxford University.

[1][7] Kleinfeld co-founded the Truman National Security Project in 2005 along with Matthew Spence.

[8] She was named one of the 40 under 40 American political leaders by Time magazine.
