Rae Tod

Rae Tod (8 December 1913 - 3 August 1995) was a Scottish rugby union player.

He achieved the rank of Major and on coming home to Scotland he led the victory parade along Princes Street in Edinburgh.

[3] He joined the stockbroking firm of John Robertson and worked his way to senior partner.

That was consumed by the larger Glasgow company which became Allied Provincial Parsons Penney.

[3] His wife, Muriel Shank Menzies, died on 9 June 1995; they were survived by four children.

[3] Muriel's father was George Macbeth Menzies, chairman of the North British Steel foundry in Bathgate.
