Rafael Alvira

Rafael Alvira (24 October 1942 – 4 February 2024) was a Spanish philosopher.

[2] Rafael Alvira was born on 24 October 1942 in the city of Madrid.

He conducted study stays in Germany (two years at the University of Münster), Italy (two years at the Lateran Pontifical University), Austria, France, and the United States.

In 1980, he moved to the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the University of Navarra, where over the years he held numerous administrative positions, including the Deanship.

He was a founding member and director of the "Institute of Business and Humanism" at the University of Navarra.
