Ragala Venkat Rahul (born 16 March 1997) is an Indian weightlifter who won the gold medal in the men's 85 kg weight class at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.

He was born in Stuartpuram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

[1] At the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, he won the silver medal in the 77 kg category.

It was the fourth gold medal for India in weightlifting at the Games.
