In the year 1981, he completed his LLB from NES Law College, Jabalpur.
[3] Rajendra Menon practiced law in the office of senior advocate P. Sadasivan Nair.
[3] Rajendra Menon was elevated to the Gwalior Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court as an Additional Judge on 1 April 2002.
In 2008, he got posted at the Principal Bench at Jabalpur, until his elevation as the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court on 15 March 2017.
