Rajesh Ramesh (born 28 March 1999) is an Indian track and field athlete who specializes in the 400 metres.

He also competed in the same event at the 2023 World Athletics Championships, reaching the final after having set an Asian record of 2:59.05 in the heats.

Rajesh Ramesh was a key member of the Indian men's 4 × 400 m relay team at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The team competed in the heats of the men's 4 × 400 m relay, held at the Stade de France, and delivered a commendable performance.
