Ramon Rodrigo "Rodge" Lorejo Gutierrez (born October 6, 1993) is a Filipino lawyer and politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines under the 1-Rider Partylist.

His father, Ramon Basil Gutierrez, is a businessman and owner of Alro Construction and Development Corp., a company that has secured contracts with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

He studied law and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree.

He also proposed a **unified approach to traffic enforcement**, including clear road markings, accident notifications, and a streamlined vehicle registration system under the **No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP).

He criticized the Duterte administration for not taking a firmer stance on enforcing the 2016 South China Sea Arbitration ruling, stating that the Philippines should have reassessed its agreements with China regarding the Second Thomas Shoal.
