Bishop Raphy Manjaly is an Indian Catholic prelate serving as the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Agra, in India.
He joined St. Lawrence Minor Seminary, Agra, in 1973 and completed it in year 1975.
He joined St. Joseph's Regional Seminary, Allahabad, in 1975 and completed his philosophy and theology education in year 1983.
[5] Manjaly was ordained a Syro-Malabar Catholic priest on 11 May 1983 at St Mary's Church, a Syro-Malabar Catholic church in the Archeparchy of Trichur in Vendore, Kerala.
Manjaly was appointed bishop of Varanasi on 24 February 2007 and consecrated on 30 April 2007.
