Ratul Puri (born 19 July 1972) is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Powerprojects.
[1][2] In 2002, Puri was the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for his contribution towards manufacturing industry in India.
[6] Puri is the nephew of Congress party politician and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath.

[13] In November 2019, the Enforcement Directorate filed a charge sheet against Puri and his company Moser Baer for money laundering and bank fraud in the Agusta Westland chopper scam.
