Raup Miller (September 13, 1904 – March 17, 1993) was an American politician who served as a member of the California State Assembly for the 28th District.
Prior to reaching California, Miller worked on a railroad and at a paper mill.
During his tenure in the legislature, Miller served in the United States Coast Guard during World War II.
[1][2] After retiring from the Assembly in 1947, he served as a member of the Palo Alto City Council.
He also returned to college, completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Humboldt State University in 1973.
