René Létourneau

René Joseph Eugène Létourneau (17 November 1912 – 2 July 1986) was a Progressive Conservative party member of the House of Commons of Canada.

He first attempted to win Quebec's Stanstead riding in the 1957 federal election but lost to Louis-Édouard Roberge of the Liberal party.

In the 1963 election, Liberal candidate Yves Forest defeated Létourneau at Stanstead.

Létourneau made one final attempt to return to Parliament in the 1965 election but was again defeated by Forest.
