Richard Blain (December 8, 1857 – November 27, 1926) was a Canadian politician.
[1] Born in Vienna, Canada West,[1] the son of Isaac Blain and Mary Brodrick, Blain was a hardware merchant.
[3] He was a member of the Brampton Town Council for ten years.
In 1917, he was summoned to the Senate of Canada representing the senatorial division of Peel, Ontario on the advice of Prime Minister Robert Borden.
