Richard Hay (born 9 June 1952) is an Indian politician, representing Bharatiya Janata Party, and was a Member of Parliament from Kerala as a nominated member of the Lok Sabha, representing the Anglo-Indian community from 2015 to 2019.
[1] Richard Hay received acclaim, when as principal, he secured NAAC accreditation for four different government colleges.
[2] He was a chairman of the Malabar Heritage Society and the first chairperson of the Special Olympics International, Kerala.
[4] Hay started the Campus Innovative Group, which visits colleges to motivate students and consult with them on how to develop the country.
[8] Richard Hay married Shakila in 1980; they have two daughters; Romola Joy and Rowina Cattungal.
