Richard "Dick" Houlihan (born September 5, 1956) is an American former professional stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour from 1986 to 1987, and again from 2002 to 2007.
Houlihan has also previously competed in series such as the Modified Racing Series and the Tri-Track Open Modified Series.
