Richard Stanton-Jones (25 September 1926 – 23 January 1991) was an English aeronautical engineer, chief designer Saunders-Roe,[1] managing director of British Hovercraft Corp.[2] and vice-chairman of Westland Helicopters.
Richard Stanton-Jones was born in Bombay, India to Indian Army Officer, Brig.
Richard Stanton-Jones died of lung cancer at his house, "Doubloon," Seaview, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom on 23 January 1991.
