Richfield is a census-designated place (CDP) in Tehama County, California.

There were 117 housing units at an average density of 209.0 per square mile (80.7/km2), of which 81 (71.7%) were owner-occupied, and 32 (28.3%) were occupied by renters.

Eco-Shell, Inc., which was established in 1990 as an industrial walnut grinding facility south of Richfield.

Sierra Pacific Industries operates Richfield Millwork to the north.
